Steel Cut Oats and Roses

Good Friday morning! Welcome to the weekend. Ahh...sounds good to me. Just wanted to let you know about a yummy breakfast option. I am not an oat eater...have never been, until I tried Steel Cut oats. I think I have mentioned this before. Anyway, they are coarse and yummy with honey and craisins. The perfect good for you breakfast.

My sweet husband brought me roses yesterday from Tyler (the rose capital of the country? world?) not sure about that but they sure are lovely.
Thank you honey!
They smell wonderful too.
Wes has once again left us an interesting random thought on our message tile.
He is really using his brain power these days. Sounds like an SAT question. ha!
We hope that you have a awesome weekend as we hope to also.
Don't forget to say a little prayer for Colt. Enjoy all the football games, cool fall temps., falling colorful leaves, good food and hopefully wonderful fellowship with people you love.

1 Cor. 9:22-25
To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.

Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.

Blessings. Amy
