A Day On The Beach...Photos.

Image
The Perfect Day... Balboa Beach, California The winds and the waves shall obey Thy will, Peace, be still! Whether the wrath of the storm tossed sea, Or demons or men, or whatever it be No waters can swallow the ship where lies The Master of ocean, and earth, and skies; They all shall sweetly obey Thy will, Peace, be still! Peace, be still! They all shall sweetly obey Thy will, Peace, peace, be still!  People running from the huge waves...  Love them...  Cousin time...  Precious daughter in law...  More cousin time in Malibu...

Disneyland...

Hi! I missed you guys. It's been a fun and crazy summer. It's been full of Camp Blue Haven Youth Camp, lots of church meetings and focus and a great trip to see our kids in Phoenix and then a weekend in California. Just a heads up- if you don't care anything about seeing pictures from Disneyland you might want to click on to another blog. Oh yes, there will be somewhat witty comments about the pics but still- it's a Disney loving blog post. :) We enjoyed a few days in Phoenix with our sweet oldest boy and his wife. Our wonderful DaddyBob, my husband's father is retiring at the end of the summer and he was thrown an incredible retirement party last week. It was so fun to see lots of the friends he has made over the last 46 years. A life so well lived.  He is with out a doubt one of the best fundraisers in America but even more important- he is a disciple of Jesus Christ and has shared his love for Him with all people he has come in contact with. So thankful for this man.   Wonderful article on DaddyBob's work at Texas A&M. Texas A&M Fundraiser- Bob Walker Retires After 46 Years...  Don't these cakes look too beautiful to cut and eat?  Clayton Williams said a few words...  My handsome husband, Uncle Jim and DaddyBob...  Clay Bright, son of Bum Bright... The best part was being with family. It's always too short, but always sweet...  His grand kids from Colorado got flattops that day. So handsome...  Precious girls..  Always fun with this g
