We challenged Wes to get up in time every morning to read one chapter of Proverbs a day. He has been doing this willingly and it is so awesome to watch him read and write down thoughts and scriptures. He asked me this morning what it meant to be poor in spirit. I LOVE talking about the bible with my child. What an incredible, awesome blessing and privilege it is to talk about God with your family. Believe me things are not always tranquil and nice but this morning it was and I am thankful. Wes and I have been struggling with him wanting to be grown up and on his own and never wanting to be told what to do. After our "come to Jesus" meeting yesterday and lots of prayer for our relationship, things are better and our hearts are softer. Thank you God for your guidance and wisdom in Your word. I can't live without You.
Blessings on your day, friends. Amy

I like the way you & Sid love, guide & challenge your boys as well as model REAL people to them. You help encourage & challenge me to be a better parent.
Keep on struggling & growing!
Blessings, dear one!
