Weekend Fun

Whew...what a weekend. Michael and Jan and family were here along with Mom and Dad for Brad's and Casey's playoff game with Borger. I talked the girls into coming early for the Celtic Woman concert too. The concert was unbelievably wonderful. Really, I can't find the right words to say how much I enjoyed it. If they are ever near your town...don't miss it. Case's game was fun and they beat Borger really bad. It will be interesting to see how far they go this year. We all watched Colt's game together on Saturday and later in the day after everyone left we enjoyed a nice blue cold front blowing in. It is now chilly this morning in the low thirty's. Nice. I have my thyroid cancer check up this week, so it will be busy and tiring but I am looking forward to having the two year mark under my belt. I pray that your Monday is a wonderful one.
Acts 14:14-17
But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of this, they tore their clothes and rushed out into the crowd, shouting: "Men, why are you doing this? We too are only men, human like you. We are bringing you good news, telling you to turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made heaven and earth and sea and everything in them. In the past, he let all nations go their own way. Yet he has not left himself without testimony: He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy."
Lots of pictures from the weekend: Blessings!
