The Creator...

We are studying a book called "ABC's of a Godly Heart" in our ladies Bible class. The lesson this week was refreshing. We talked alot about our Creator. I love this scripture from our lesson:
Isaiah 40:26,28a- "Lift your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these?  He who brings out the starry host one by one, and calls them by name.  Because of His great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing...Do you not know? Have you not heard?  The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth."
 The author's thoughts:
Rainbows and sunsets and flowers and birds, are supposed to lift our eyes to the throne room of the Beautiful One. God built a landscape on which we could meet and be friends.
Psalm 19:1
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.  Day after day they pour forth speech, night after night they display knowledge.
All we have to do is pay attention and marvel at His handiwork.
I love the evening sun. How it brightens everything and slants across the yard. It makes even crunchy, dried pine cones look beautiful.
I praise you God for the wonder and beauty of Your creation. Thank you that you loved us so much that you made Your world incredibly beautiful just so we can enjoy seeing it. That is...if we are looking.
Blessings on this lovely sun soaked evening. Amy

Gotta song for you! If I had the time to figure it out I'd link it if possible...

Wait
Michael Boggs / Anthony Evans

Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
That the Lord is everlasting
He is God
Creator of Earth
He will not grow tired or weary
But he increases power and gives strength to the weak
If we
If we, we will wait on the Lord
He will renew our strength
We will mount on wings like eagles
And we will soar
We run and not grow weary
Walk and never faint
If we wait (wait on the Lord)
Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
There is no one like Him
He sits enthroned
Above all the Earth
He is mighty and powerful
So those weary lift your eyes to the sky
There is life
