Ah...Camp Blue Haven Week

We had a wonderful week in the mountains at Camp Blue Haven. It truly feels like a taste of what heaven will be like. I wish I could communicate how incredible it was and is for young people and for the teachers alike. To be able to go somewhere so beautiful and focus on God intensely for a week is such a blessing. Our text for the week was out of Ephesians. This verse was especially on my heart:

Eph. 3:14-21

For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

OH YEA BLUE HAVEN!!!!! I really need to go be a teacher with you guys one year. I love that place, such good memories from when I was a kid there. RAIN OR SHINE HIKE ALL THE TIME!!!!!!

I did a search for McCoy Family Singers and found your blog! This post made me miss Blue Haven, especially closing campfire and Early Christian Worship. Can hardly wait to hear you guys in Red River!

i came across your blog by chance. and noticed you are wills mom! he was in my brother cabin several years, and im actually in one of these pictures of the silly one. i am so proud of will, and i miss blue haven so much!
