Beach Time...Summer Fun...

Good morning. We arrived back home yesterday from a relaxing and wonderful time of fellowship with family at the beach.  It was a strange week with lots of storms and rain and way to much  interesting/yucky stuff washing up on the beach out of the gulf, but still it was lovely and restful.  I have come home feeling lots more concerned about pollution of our oceans and how we are taking care of them.

Over all it was a super time.
The best part was how gorgeous the clouds were.
With big storms come lots of beautiful clouds. I love puffy clouds.
We have very gracious and kind relatives that let us enjoy their beach house.
Isn't it lovely?
What a blessing to be able to spend a week with these three.
The loves of our life.

This was my wonderful husband's favorite place to sit and read.
I think he read 2 books in about 4 days sitting right here.
 See?
What a blessing to spend time with my sister in love and my brother and family.

 Crazy kiddos.
 The hat game is strong...

I will never get tired of sitting by the ocean and listening to the waves roll in.
Never.
 Love.

This one likes to read too...
Monopoly when it rains all day...
 Ky- the Birthday girl...
 Naps. Naps are nice...
 Jellyfish. Jellyfish are not nice...

The rough waves were not kind to the kayaking boys but they had fun.

 Precious...

Representing Blue Haven pretty well don't you think?
The best folks there are right there...
God is so evident and close when standing by the ocean.
It is one of those thin places for us.
A thin place where God feels so very close.

So, I am thankful for what my eyes have seen this week.
I am thankful for family to fellowship with and love.
I am thankful.
